It's great to be part of the beginning of something that grows.  In 1994 Chris Dillion and Maggie Wells opened Reds Cafe on Willis Street. Dean designed the interior and it became a popular cafe and a showcase for the emerging Coffee Supreme brand. The next stage was the refurbishing of the Woodward St retail outlet.

The design by Dean of the Supreme brand has been further developed over the years but remains true to its genus, a pencil on brown paper sketch that was the start of an enduring brand that embodies the values of the product.  [Reds was demolished in 2008]
